Do you know that feeling when you make up an outfit in your head and put on the pieces and it’s even better than you expected? You feel like a genius, a mastermind of mental outfit planning. This is how we felt when we brainstormed this outfit without the pieces in front of us, which were in Justine’s closet forty-five minutes away. When we finally got together to shoot this outfit, we were elated that it turned out way more “vintage-Vogue” than anticipated, and we even found a wall to match.
Now to the outfit itself. The nude colored midi skirt is from NA-KD and we love it so much we were tempted to steal it from Justine’s closet. We let the skirt stand on it’s own by using black as our background color. A soft black turtleneck and black booties were our go-to’s. To switch it up a bit, we added marbled earrings from Ellie in her Element and our Kate Spade bag, which sort of counts as vintage, as we got it when we were in eighth grade (yikes are we old now??). We added some sunglasses to feel *extra* vintage and a bit famous-like.
